Supervision, coaching & specialist advice on anti-discrimination
In my practice as a supervisor, coach and consultant (born 1978), I promote a reflexive and discrimination-sensitive cooperation in order to expand the scope of action for individuals, teams and organizations in a responsible and sustainable manner.
As a graduate in educational science, I have specialized in the following areas in addition to my professional focus on educational and counselling theories and concepts: Critique of racism, critique of sexism, critique of classism, intersectionality and decolonization.
My professional expertise is complemented by over ten years of experience in the field of anti-discrimination work and anti-discrimination counselling.
Practical experience
- 2023 - 2024 External contact point for anti-discrimination at an association for cultural education
- Since 2022 Supervisor DGSv*
- 2021 - 2023 Establishment of an anti-discrimination advice center for the target group of artists and cultural professionals
- 2017-2019 Project management in the area of migration with a focus on self-organizations
- Working in the field of anti-discrimination counseling and anti-discrimination work since 2013
- 2012-2013 Social work in the outpatient sector with unaccompanied refugee minors
Qualifications
- 2022 Master's degree in Supervision & Counseling
- 2021 Further training to become a yoga teacher (200h)
- 2011 Further training as an empowerment trainer with a focus on racism criticism & postcolonial criticism
- 2011 Degree in educational science
- 2008 Further training as a trainer for civil courage & violence prevention
